BBD was established in 2017 by founder Betty Zhang, a Chartered Structural Engineer with qualifications from the UK. With extensive experience in building design consultancy, ranging from residential community development to commercial new builds and renovations in London, Betty brings over 20 years of expertise in UK residential extension/conversion design and construction. Her proficiency lies in residential internal renovation design, with a particular emphasis on considering cost-effective structural solutions at the initial design stage.
